UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery from £1.99  for small lighter items, beanie hats etc

Standard UK Delivery from £2.49  for small umbrellas/gifts

Standard UK Delivery from £3.49  for full length walking umbrellas

All our walking umbrellas are packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube for safe transit.

Delivery: 1 - 3 days

All orders placed are despatched within 2 days of payment via Royal Mail 1st Class or our couriers, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

UK Postal fee will not exceed £10 regardless of quantity or weight

EU Delivery

International orders (within the EU) are sent by Royal Air Mail or by our various couriers. They take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. Please note that all our walking length umbrellas cannot be sent via Royal Air Mail as they are too long. They are sent via courier. Please email for exact quotes to your country as we can combine postal fees for multiple items to receive great savings.

US Delivery

International orders are sent by Royal Air Mail or by our various couriers. They take between 5 and 7 working days to be delivered from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. Please note that all our walking length umbrellas cannot be sent via Royal Air Mail as they are too long. They are sent via courier. Please email for exact quotes to your country as we can combine postal fees for multiple items to receive great savings.

Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 15 working days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Returning an unwanted item -

For a full refund, any items that are delivered in a sealed package / box (such as gifts / toys) can be returned if UNOPENED and within 7 days of receiving. All items must be in a re-saleable condition with all tags or packaging still attached. If a returned item is not in a re-saleable condition we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage cost.

PLEASE NOTE THAT P&P IS NON REFUNDABLE.

We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item.
